William Weber |
William has more than 27 years of international business experience in the field of IT and telecommunications equipment and solutions.  William has held senior roles in Alcatel France and Alcatel Australia and was General Manager of Cisco Systems, Sub-Saharan Africa, from 1998 to 2001, based in Johannesburg.
William grew the Cisco revenue more than 150% over a three-year period and was instrumental in making Cisco the leading networking company in Sub-Saharan Africa. Most recently William was the Director of Iberia Enterprise Sales for Nortel. Â
In this position, William expanded Nortel’s enterprise business by implementing a go-to-market strategy that focused on selling through key leading resellers and systems integrators, while concentrating on innovative solutions in voice and multimedia.

Uri Kesselman |
Uri brings 17 years of international success in IT and telecom-related software, content and operations. Before founding Realinnova, Uri has been working for Unipier (formerly known as Cash-U), where he managed the European accounts such as Telefonica, Vodafone and Wind, and has succeeded to significantly increase the revenues during 5 consecutive years. During his career Uri worked for multinationals like Motorola and Amdocs in the areas of provisioning, message processing, billing and CRM for mobile operators in the U.S., Canada, Japan, Colombia, Singapore etc. In 2006 Uri has founded Realinnova Consulting, a business development company for software products in the telecom domain, where he serves as President and CEO.
